Frequently Asked (Technical) Questions

How do you verify field sound insulation (ISO 16283)?

We follow ISO 16283-1/-2/-3 for airborne and impact sound. Measurements include source/receiver room levels, background noise and reverberation time (or equivalent). Results are reported using ISO 717 indices (e.g., R′w, L′n,w).

Can you help troubleshoot façade leaks and flanking paths?

Yes. We use targeted measurements and acoustic imaging to locate leakage points or flanking transmission. We then recommend detail fixes (seals, junctions, penetrations) and re-test to confirm improvement.

Do you support laboratory testing and product development?

We can assist with ISO 10140 test campaigns for walls, floors, doors and façades; produce repeatable setups; and generate traceable reports with uncertainty budgets.

Which regions do you cover and how fast can you respond?

We support projects across Asia, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. You’ll hear from us within 24 hours — and we can schedule online reviews in your time zone.
